Ingredients

– 240g salmon
– 20g light butter
– 12g light brown sugar
– 1 tsp bourbon
– 6g soy sauce
– ½ tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and cook garlic over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Lower heat to medium-low and stir in brown sugar, bourbon and soy sauce.
  2. Turn heat back up to medium and place salmon fillets into skillet with sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes, and flip salmon to other side and cook for another 5 minutes until done.
  3. Plate salmon and pour excess sauce over salmon. Enjoy the Salmon!
