– 2 5oz salmon fillets (280g)
– 21g honey
– 2 cloves minced garlic
– ½ tsp pureed ginger
– 20g Shoyu soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Pour marinade ingredients into gallon re-sealable bag and mix together.
  2. Place salmon in the bag with marinade ingredients and let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil, pour extra marinade on top, and bake until salmon is cooked through (20-25 minutes). Enjoy the Salmon!
