Ingredients
– 2 5oz salmon fillets (280g)
– 21g honey
– 2 cloves minced garlic
– ½ tsp pureed ginger
– 20g Shoyu soy sauce
Instructions
- Pour marinade ingredients into gallon re-sealable bag and mix together.
- Place salmon in the bag with marinade ingredients and let marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with foil, pour extra marinade on top, and bake until salmon is cooked through (20-25 minutes). Enjoy the Salmon!
