– 2000g pork loin (about 4 small pork loins; 4.4 lbs)
– 2g fresh oregano
– 2g fresh parsley
– 8g fresh rosemary
– 8g fresh basil
– 226g fat free cream cheese, softened
– 150g light (low fat) cream cheese, softened
– 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
– cooking twine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and heat up grill to about 450 degrees F.
  2. Wash and dry all fresh herbs, then chop finely.
  3. Combine cream cheeses and herbs; stir until mixed well.
  4. Cut a slit down the center of each pork loin, but be careful not to cut all the way through.
  5. Stuff each pork loin with cream cheese mixture, rub lightly with old bay seasoning, and tie cooking twine around each pork loin to keep stuffing secure while cooking.
  6. Grill pork loin over high heat on grill for about 7 minutes, then transfer and cook in oven for about 40-50 minutes, until cooked through. Enjoy the Pork Loin!
