Ingredients

– 660g (2 15 oz cans) drained black beans
– 50g mashed avocado
– 60g salsa
– 1/2 tsp garlic salt
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 100g breadcrumbs
– 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mash black beans in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Form into 11 patties and cook for 5-8 minutes over stovetop on medium heat on each side. I recommend using non-stick spray to spray the pan, but if your macros allow feel free to use coconut oil or olive oil.
  4. Enjoy the Burger! These are great over a bed of lettuce with reduced sugar ketchup.

Feel free to adjust the size of the patties, just keep in mind this will increase the serving size!
