– 40g white chocolate chips
– 2 tsp cocoa powder
– 2 tsp chocolate protein powder
*Note: You will need silicone half-sphere hot cocoa bomb molds for this recipe (can be purchased on amazon). I recommend dropping these hot cocoa bombs in warm skim milk or warmed premier protein shakes as macro friendly options.
Melt white chocolate in microwave. It may take a little more than 40g as some chocolate will be leftover in the bowl, but the amount going into the molds should be around 10g per half-sphere.
Place about 10g white chocolate into each half-spherical mold, up the sides of the mold so it keeps the half-spherical shape. Place in refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes until completely hardened.
Remove molds from refrigerator/freezer and carefully peel back silicone from white chocolate half-spheres.
Place 1 tsp chocolate protein powder and 1 tsp cocoa powder in 2 of the half-spheres.
Heat up a plate and place one of the empty half-spheres face down on it for a few seconds to melt the chocolate. Then, place that half-sphere on top of a filled half-sphere to finish the hot cocoa bomb. Repeat this with the other hot cocoa bomb.
