Decadent Low Carb 1-Minute Mug Brownie

Measurement Style:


– 30g chocolate whey
– 8g special dark cocoa powder
– 5g sugar free fat free pudding mix
– dash of baking powder
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
– 7g mini chocolate chips
– water to brownie batter consistency

*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder as that does not bake well (turns recipes to a cardboard texture). Whey/Casein blends usually work best for baking — our favorite is Devotion Nutrition brand. Using another brand of protein powder may result in slightly different macros.


  1. Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to microwave safe mug.
  2. Stir and add water until brownie batter consistency is reached.
  3. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
  4. Microwave at 15 second intervals until done (but still a little gooey in the middle). This should take about 1-1.5 minutes.
  5. Enjoy! Feel free to add a scoop of low calorie ice cream and fat free whipped cream on top for extra yumminess!
