– 700g nonfat greek yogurt
– 150g sliced fruit of choice
– Stevia/Splenda to taste (optional)
- Place greek yogurt into large bowl. The amount of greek yogurt you use may differ depending on popsicle mould size.
- Stir fruit and Stevia/Splenda to taste into greek yogurt.
- Place greek yogurt/fruit mixture into popsicle moulds.
