10-Minute High Protein Peach Crumble

Measurement Style:


– 70g fresh peach slices
– 14g light butter (Country Crock brand recommended)
– 15g vanilla whey (Devotion Nutrition brand recommended)
– 15g minute oats
– 1 tsp Stevia/Splenda
– 4g light brown sugar
– dash of cinnamon

*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder as that does not bake well (turns recipes to a cardboard texture). Whey/Casein blends usually work best for baking — our favorite is Devotion Nutrition brand. Using another brand of protein powder may result in slightly different macros.


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place peach slices in the center of a small oven-safe bowl or ramekin.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine oats, whey and stevia. Stir well.
  4. Sprinkle oats/whey evenly over peach slices.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly on top.
  6. Melt butter, then drizzle evenly on top.
  7. Add a dash of cinnamon.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until done.
  9. Feel free to add a scoop of low fat ice cream or fat free whip on top. Enjoy!
