Ingredients
– 140g Gluten-Free Flour (I used bob’s red mill gluten free flour)
– 90g unflavored whey (I used Quest)
– 42g honey
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
– ¼ tsp baking powder
– 2 eggs
– 16g everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients except for everything bagel seasoning. Add water until the dough consistency is reached.
- Place dough in greased donut/bagel baking pan, then sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until you can pierce with a toothpick and it comes out clean. Enjoy the Bagel!
