Ingredients

– 140g Gluten-Free Flour (I used bob’s red mill gluten free flour)
– 90g unflavored whey (I used Quest)
– 42g honey
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
– ¼ tsp baking powder
– 2 eggs
– 16g everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients except for everything bagel seasoning. Add water until the dough consistency is reached.
  3. Place dough in greased donut/bagel baking pan, then sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
  4. Bake for 15-20  minutes until you can pierce with a toothpick and it comes out clean. Enjoy the Bagel!
