Measurement Style:

Ingredients

– 35g vanilla whey
– 30g all purpose flour
– 46g egg whites
– 1 tsp butter extract
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– ½ tsp baking powder
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
– 22g Greek whipped cream cheese (or non-fat cream cheese)

*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder as that does not bake well (turns recipes to a cardboard texture). Whey/Casein blends usually work best for baking — our favorite is Devotion Nutrition brand. Using another brand of protein powder may result in slightly different macros.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except whipped greek cream cheese. Add water until waffle batter consistency is reached.
  2. Spray heated waffle maker with pam and pour batter in. Recipe should make two small waffles.
  3. Stir Stevia/Splenda to taste with greek cream cheese and put on top of waffles. Enjoy!
