Pour egg whites into sprayed pan over stovetop on medium-high heat. Crack egg and position in the center of the egg whites. This will be the “crust” of the pizza.
When the egg whites are about half-way cooked, spread the pasta sauce evenly over the egg whites.
Add cheese and pepperoni.
Once egg whites and egg are completely cooked (it’s okay if yolk is a little runny), carefully transfer pizza from pan to a dish using a large spatula. Enjoy the Pizza!
