Ingredients

– 15g sugar-free pumpkin spice coffee creamer
– 122g canned pureed pumpkin
– 2 shots of espresso (chilled) or 1/2 cup of strong coffee (chilled)
– 30g whey
– 120g 30 calorie almond milk or cashew milk
– ice to desired consistency (I used about 2 cups)
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
– 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Place 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong coffee in the refrigerator until cold.
  2. Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice or water if necessary to thicken or thin mixture, respectively.
  3. Pour into a cup, and some 5-calorie whipped cream on top with a dash of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy the Frappuccino!
