Ingredients
– 15g sugar-free pumpkin spice coffee creamer
– 122g canned pureed pumpkin
– 2 shots of espresso (chilled) or 1/2 cup of strong coffee (chilled)
– 30g whey
– 120g 30 calorie almond milk or cashew milk
– ice to desired consistency (I used about 2 cups)
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
– 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Place 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong coffee in the refrigerator until cold.
- Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice or water if necessary to thicken or thin mixture, respectively.
- Pour into a cup, and some 5-calorie whipped cream on top with a dash of pumpkin pie spice and enjoy the Frappuccino!
