– 50g shredded parmesan cheese
– 50g shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 egg
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 28g unflavored multipurpose whey (I used Quest brand)
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 8g 2% shredded cheddar cheese
*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder as that does not bake well (turns recipes to a cardboard texture). Whey/Casein blends usually work best for baking.
