Measurement Style:

Ingredients

– 50g shredded parmesan cheese
– 50g shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1 egg
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 28g unflavored multipurpose whey (I used Quest brand)
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 8g 2% shredded cheddar cheese

*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder as that does not bake well (turns recipes to a cardboard texture). Whey/Casein blends usually work best for baking.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese.
  3. Place dough on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and shape into an oval shape (as pictured)
  4. Bake for 10 minutes (until done).
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and bake for 1 more minute.
  6. Enjoy the Cheesy Bread while it’s hot!
