– 400g low fat ricotta cheese
– 32g vanilla whey
– 200g fat free cottage cheese, small curd
– 8g fat free sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
– 8g powdered sugar
– 15g heavy cream
– 14g mini chocolate chips
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– Stevia/Splenda to taste (I used about 1-2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips into food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Gently stir in mini chocolate chips.
  3. Enjoy the Cannoli Dip! Cover and refrigerate to store.
