Ingredients
– 400g scallops (about a pound; 10 large scallops)
– 10 pieces Oscar Meyer center cut bacon
– 1 tsp old bay seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Soak 10 toothpicks in water for 1-2 minutes.
- Cook bacon until about half cooked in the microwave (still pliable).
- Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each scallop and secure with a wet toothpick.
- Place bacon wrapped scallops on the parchment paper lined cookie sheet and sprinkle with old bay seasoning 1-2 tsp).
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until scallops are cooked through. Be careful not to over-cook. Enjoy the Scallops!
