– 1 egg
– 2g minced garlic
– 20g finely chopped white onions
– 70g breadcrumbs
– 30g Kraft olive oil mayonnaise
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp pepper
– ½ tbsp old bay seasoning
– 5g lemon juice
– 8oz lump crab meat
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except for HALF of the bread crumbs (35g). This will be used to coat/bread the crab cakes.
After lightly mixing all ingredients, form into 6 equally sized cakes and cover them with the remainder of the bread crumbs. You will probably only use about 20g more of the bread crumbs (so 50-55 total grams actually used for the recipe).
Cook over medium heat on a sprayed pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Garnish with a lemon wedge and enjoy!
