– 1 package Pillsbury dough sheet (6 servings)
– 168g deli ham, diced
– 60g low-fat cheddar cheese

– 1 package Pillsbury dough sheet (6 servings)
–  ¾ of 8oz package deli ham, diced
–  ¾ cup low-fat cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Roll out Pillsbury dough sheets and cut into 6 rectangles (1 cut across, 2 cuts down).
  3. Evenly place ham and cheese in the middle of each dough rectangle.
  4. Fold dough over ham/cheese filling and close edges with fork tines.
  5. Place hot pockets on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove hot pockets from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and enjoy!
