– 1 package Pillsbury dough sheet (6 servings)
– 168g deli ham, diced
– 60g low-fat cheddar cheese

– ¾ of 8oz package deli ham, diced
– ¾ cup low-fat cheddar cheese

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Roll out Pillsbury dough sheets and cut into 6 rectangles (1 cut across, 2 cuts down).
- Evenly place ham and cheese in the middle of each dough rectangle.
- Fold dough over ham/cheese filling and close edges with fork tines.
- Place hot pockets on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
