– 25g freshly popped low fat popcorn
– 32g cashew butter
– 30g vanilla whey

– 4 cups freshly popped low fat popcorn
– 2 tbsp cashew butter
– ¼ cup vanilla whey

  1. Melt cashew butter in small microwave safe bowl.
  2. Place popcorn in gallon ziplock bag.
  3. Drizzle melted cashew butter over popcorn in bag and shake frequently, so that the popcorn is covered with cashew butter.
  4. Slowly sprinkle whey into bag, shake, and repeat until all of the whey is used and popcorn is completely covered.
  5. Pour popcorn into bowl, serve, and enjoy the Protein Popcorn! This recipe is best if eaten within an hour of making.
