Measurement Style:

Ingredients

– 240g Fairlife skim milk
– 27g vanilla or cake batter whey (Devotion Nutrition brand recommended)
– 1 tsp cake batter flavoring
– 2-3 tsp Stevia/Splenda
– 2 cups ice
– Sprinkles (to taste/optional)

*Note: For extra flavor and if your carb macros allow, feel free to add Fat Free Sugar Free pudding mix. You can also use water instead of milk to reduce carb content, however the consistency will be less creamy.

Instructions

  1. Pour milk, flavoring, stevia, whey, sprinkles (optional) & ice into blender (in that order).
  2. Blend for 3-5 minutes until thick, fluffy & smooth consistency is reached. If you are using a different brand other than Devotion Nutrition, you may need to add 1/4 tsp xanthan gum, although most brands of protein I have used work fine without it. If the blender looks almost full, that’s ok! This recipe makes a gigantic serving.
  3. Pour protein fluff into a large bowl, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy the Creamy Cake Batter Protein Fluff!
